I believe it was at this point the DM sat back and realised it had taken months of real time to get the players to what he considered 'the beginning'. I wanted the group to really have something in common, and to hopefully actually work together and for common cause. To do this I had them...

Quiet 'huzzah's' and high fives.....funny, but what a cruel situation to be in! Surely the number of time the kids have been noisy when you wanted quiet gives you this perfect opportunity for revenge? How many parents get to keep their kids awake at night? :lol:

I enjoyed reading a story with epic level characters. It makes a nice change. I was inspired to write a new campaign which from the beginning was designed to take some well developed characters right from apprentices to epic levels. Of course a few character deaths along the way were likely...

So, are we all ready to commit to a new story hour? The long nights waiting for the next post...the suspence as the blasted author leaves the heroes hanging from a clifftop by one arm covered in 'dust of itching'.... Maybe you would like to know more about the story you have been plunged into...

Is it just me or has this thread been dead for about a year now, apart from a little 'dead cat bounce'?

these prestige summoner classes lead to so much DM pain..... very hard to stop a PC wizard/cleric summoning and capturing your well crafted foe!
