Critical Role Here's The Cover Of The Explorer's Guide to Wildemount; Plus It's #15 In Amazon Bestsellers!

Look. I tried Critical Role and, despite noting that the group is pretty talented, it wasn't for me. With rare exception I find watching or listening to others play the game pretty boring. HOWEVER, it's appeal is huge to a lot of folks, and it has brought tons of fresh blood into this hobby I...

    Baldur’s Gate: Descent into Avernus

The team at Wizards of the Coast, with story consultants Joe Manganiello and Jim Zub, have cobbled together an excellent campaign here. Dungeon Masters wanting to run an epic game will certainly find what they need to do so. From the adventure itself to ways to bring that adventure to life with...

    Everybody Cheats?

I "cheat" behind the screen, rarely though. Every now and then a GM fudge is a paramount tool in our arsenal to make the shared story even better. I will caveat this to say that my behind screen fudging is typically a positive boon to the players. It needs to be something special to grant my...

Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes 10th best selling book on Amazon...in preorder

I don't know if I'd group Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes in the same category as Xanathar's Guide. MToF is far more DM favoring and Lore strong than the Player focused XG. I really like both books, and I feel MToF is stronger than Volo was.

Gnomes are highlighted very well in my opinion. Nine pages of lore, they added the Deep Gnome subclass. I really like the distinctions between Rock Gnomes and Forest Gnomes too. Plenty about their deities too.

If you're referring to Gully Dwarves they are mentioned briefly Definitely stats for Sea Elves. Even a small blurb about the conflict between Sea Elves and the Sahuagin (sp?)

You know, it's weird because they spent some time in the Dwarves chapter detailing some of the different styles of Dwarves in realms like Dragonlance, etc. they didn't really do a lot of that for any other race though.

It seems like the conduct of the elf in life has a connection as to whether they transcend or not. Even Non-Drow elves can end up being denied if they don't live up to expectations. There is a line after this that claims Drow never transcend but perhaps they can if they follow the surface elven...

They have two! A Musket and a Pistol. Both deal pretty solid damage and have decent range. Plus the Giff come packaged with an ability (feat?) Called "Firearms Knowledge" that allows them to ignore the loading properties of both weapon types.

I searched aroundand couldn't find any art for the Molydeus Demon, perhaps because each wields a different weapon depending on it's master. So each Abishai (Black, Blue, Green, Red, & White) focus on a different style. Black - Assassinish Blue - Wizardy Green - Cunning and illusiony Red -...
