I play a goblin cleric in D&D 5e Adventurer's League, and that's exactly how I play Woody. He was 'rescued' as an orphan baby after adventurers wiped out his clan in Cragmaw Hideout, and raised as a 'civilized' goblin. He tries, VERY HARD, to present the appearance of cleanliness and civility...

Perhaps you could duplicate the damage value into an attribute on the <hit /> tag. Thus, instead of: <hit>1d6+3 damage and you gain 3 temporary hit points</hit> you would have <hit damage="1d6+3">1d6+3 damage and you gain 3 temporary hit points</hit> Another option would be to add the notion...

Why can't we have both? Give me 1 goblin base AND 6 goblin specialists. Give me 1 orc base AND 6 orc specialists. Give me a Big old list of powers and templates I can applet to my based and specialists, if I want.

That might make sense, but I'd almost prefer, for narrative reasons, to have a Ginormous statue of the person, which, upon being de-stoned, shrinks to normal size, OR The statue itself is enormous, and shrinks when Enlarge person ends, cracking and shattering.
