    Aw man. We definitely haven't been playing the same game for the last 5 years... I don't think the 8 or 10 to attack is what will break your monster. The powers it gets will do that instead. With a bit of practice, you'll learn to eyeball it I think.

    If they were using wizard powers, their hit-bonus would be int-based wouldn't it? So we have the cha-based class that uses int to attack. Truly, bards will hold to their tradition of epic suckage worthy (only) of songs and ballads :cool:

    But then you'd most likely just houserule the feats that negated the -4, and all you'd get was the old feat tax on ranged characters. I have a problem with the lack of 'cover' only insofar as characters are static, which only happens when fighting basilisks and other creatures of that sort.
