Per the slides, D&D The Brand was up over 100% (slide 11). Yes, some of that is Baldur's Gate, but licensing for Digital Games was only up 23% and WotC tabletop including MtG was up 14%

While this is slightly off topic and i'll remove this if I break any rules: What issue are people having with the recent MtG releases? I haven't followed magic since like 2010 or smth.

My major issue is the sheer speed at which new sets come out. I don't play that often, and when I do it's sealed or draft, so I get to see very few cards. If I come back a month or two later it's a completely new set. There's a new set every 3 months with supplemental sets in-between.

TBF, Magic card sets and D&D books are also different animals entirely. It doesn't seem Magic is getting room to breathe to have a decent metagamd build up.I'm saying too fast(like 3e rates) is too much. There's still that middle ground.
