The only famous archmages to appear in 5th edition products so far are Mordenkainen (in Curse of Strahd) and Tasha (in Wild Beyond the Witchlight).The list is not going to just be wizards from the same setting, its going to involve Archmages from multiple settings.

Sure, but there isn't any change from D&D in 2023 to 2024 on the Mearls front.I get that, but 5e is his creature. He was part of the design team, 2014 D&D is still his credit.
