Does D&Dg contain epic feats? If so, could someone post a brief description of them?

How much of the info on gods in F&P will be a reprint from D&Dg? If not all godly abilities will be reprinted, FR deities will be different (weaker?) than Greyhawk ones. If it contains new stuff, why Greyhawk (or Greek, Egyptian and Asgardian) deities cannot get such abilities?

Can a shifter add a template to a creature he changes into? The shifter cannot assume shapes with more HD than him, am I right? So, a Wiz5/ShifterX can change into a troll (Hd 6), but if templates are allowed, he can change into an half dragon/troll (fly, breath, regeneration, STR +8...). Same...
