Even after you convert your file system to NTFS, you may not be able to set file permissions since you have Vista Home Premium. I know that with XP home, many of the security features were disabled by default. I am not sure what Vista Home has to offer with regards to security options.

If you are using IE7, Select "Tools-Manage Add-Ons". I dont remember exactly where the menu item is in IE6.

Explorer Add-On? Sometimes these things are generated by an IE Add-On. Check your Add-On manager to see if something was installed.

Nation Builder would take the map that was generated in World Builder and then populate it with cities, populations and even brief historical descpriptions of the various cities. It was not very detailed but I found it very usefull when starting to make a new campaign world. I always found that...

Would it be possible to add the capability to "snap" tokens to the grid? In many turn based games, PCs can only move in increments of 5' or 10', etc. If there were an option to "snap" the tokens to the center of each grid, it would make moving the characters easier.

May I suggest that the ability to toggle the map between "Full Screen" and "Windowed" be implemented? Then your program could be used with a projector pointing down to a table top.

Very nicely done. I was impressed when I thought you used CC2 for the maps. I am more impressed to find out that it was hand drawn and touched up with Photoshop. Keep posting your work. I would love to see more.

Several years ago there were a couple of programs available for free on the internet. They were called World Builder and Nation Builder. I can no longer find these programs. Does anyone know where they can be downloaded? Thanks in advance.

That is the problem I am running into. I can get the release date for all of the products from WOTCs website but as you stated, some products were pseudo-3.5. None of the product descriptions state if the product is 3.0 or 3.5. That leaves a grey area for the products that were released just...
