That's why you spend 20k (2x4x2.5k) and make a Greater Invisibility permanent. It's still way cheaper than the 70k for a ring of invisibility (that doesn't require attunement but your invisibility ends if you attack or cast a spell)

Advantage and disadvantage cancel themselves out. The limit on "not if you got disadvantage" is probably due to the fact that if this limit doesn't exist you could just do power attacks and get a damage bonus "for free" (since you can't get multiple disadvantage).
