Up until the last two episodes this has been my favourite season of the show so far. The plot twists they introduced in this ep left me a little cold. Some characters seem to be acting out of character. I'll still be tuning in next season but it was kind of an unsatisfactory ending for me...

I just finished A Feast for Crows and the Malazan books have caught my attention. The good reviews here are really stoking the fires so to speak, but I'm going to hold off on diving into another dense fantasy series for a while. Too much sitting on the "to read" shelf as it is.

The original cartoon was excellent IMO, and not just "good for a kid's show". The story, the characters, the world, the animation -- all were top shelf. However, based on your post I'm not sure if you should bother with either the TV show or the movie. Frankly they don't seem like something...

Perhaps PJ will feel like directing by the time they get around to shooting it. Other than that I have no idea who might take over. Spielberg and Jackson worked together on Tin Tin, but I doubt he'd be interested. Perhaps Senior Spielbergo?

It is and it shows it in places. I remember years ago I was talking to one of my employees about when Back to the Future came out. I asked if he saw it in the theatre like I did, and he replied that he hadn't been born yet. bleh.

I haven't seen this movie yet, but I'd be surprised if Sam Rockwell turned in a bad performance. He's been excellent in everything I've ever seen him in (particularly in Moon).
