Do I read this spell right? If yes, it sounds pretty broken to me. Are there any fixes known? Or... a link to a list of broken SpC spells?

Title says it all... I'm going to have a high Int Beguiler in my group with Fey Power... Second question: Is there some errata somewhere or why should a beguiler need Charisma? He's only casting with Int... and he has enough skill points that a high charisma isn't mandatory.

Would it apply? E.g. +2 hp cured per level of the reserved spell? The reserve feat allows 3 hp/spell level, with Augment Healing that would be 5/spell level. I don't think it's too bad and allow it, but I would like to know whether it would be right by the rules.

Can a monk 4 for example attack twice in a grapple due to Flurry? E.g. pin his opponent and still attack him with another check to cause damage?

I remember a 50% chance to hit your buddy if he's grappled and you want to nail his opponent with a ranged attack... but where is it written? I didn't find it in the SRD grappling section.

Right now I'm playing a big battle with many monk mooks of low level... thinking about it, I noticed that the many Flurry of Misses jokes have gotten less and less frequent over the last years. Do you think the 3.5 monks flurry is useful now? No FoM anymore?
