Hm. I'm not clear on one aspect of the vampire class. Does it actually get more uses of the "Blood Drinker" encounter power as it gains levels, or just the "spend a surge, deal more damage" power, or both?

I'm curious: does the Hexblade have any kind of "hex" or "curse" options - perhaps in the dailies? Do his encounter resources improve like the martial classes (y'know, +1 use of encounter power at level X, Y, and Z, and increased damage/effects)? Does the Cavalier have more than the single...

Is there any information somewhere on which powers appear in which packs (for those without DDI - I know, I'm a fool)? Not full details, of course, but just general descriptions?

To toss in my own 2 cents... If a player wants to "disarm," I have them work with the "fluff" of the powers. Anything that causes Dazed, Stunned, or Weakened (or many of the other statuses discussed in prior posts) might be described as including a (temporary) disarm. I figure the mechanics...

I'd vote Genasi too, having seen one "do its thing" quite effectively. I've seen a human TacLord played pretty effectively. And while Eladrin does have some really great options, I'd rather give the human some props.
