<i onMouseover="alert('I just stole your password..., You should better change it fast!'+document.cookie)">I see you allow HTML on your board. You know this is a HUGE security risk? Combine it with the fact you do not seem to upgrade your copy of vBulletin (which is bloody damn easy), I could...

    test poll

I do no such thing: You claim that this is a result of a piece of php code from within vBulletin. I claim this is a result of a php server setting from within php.ini vBulletin and php.ini are not the same. As for how to turn it off:
Turn off the webserver (Apache or IIS). Find your...

    Problems with time zone

No, it's not. If it was, every other vBulletin board should show this flaw. Mine doesn't, nor do any other boards I know. I suggest you ask for support on www.vbulletin.com Even though they use far too much tech talk for the average computer user, they usually DO come up with a solution.

The New Board Is From The Future!

Then think again ;) vBulletin does take into account daylight saving, and there is no need for users to keep switching their time settings. Instead, you should change either the server's system clock, or the vbulletin admin control panel's time setting.

Morrus - How about enabling 'quick post'?

Hacks aren't added in bug-fix releases (1.*.* and 2.*.*), but with version 3 coming up, the developers are indeed hinting that many hacks will become default.

Morrus - How about enabling 'quick post'?

Because their official forum is to represent the actual software they're selling. If you look at the forums each individual vBulletin developer has, you'll see that THOSE boards are a huge collection of hacks :) And saying "zero resources" is a lie. Ofcourse it uses resources (the webserver has...

Morrus - How about enabling 'quick post'?

Your words are true, Umbran. Yes, the quick reply box/button would be showed on every thread-page viewed. However, it doesn't use any mySQL query and only 1 additional php function. I can't tell how much the view-reply ratio would need to be before they would nullify the benefit of such a hack...

Morrus - How about enabling 'quick post'?

I could too, but would Morrus trust me - a mere lurker? :P

Morrus - How about enabling 'quick post'?

This quick reply box is a hack attainable on www.vbulletin.org Actually, this would reduce server load since it won't have to do 20 new queries to bring up a new page when a user wants to reply. But knowing that Morrus ain't a pro in PHP/mySQL (no offense meant); I doubt we'll see it here.

    vB Code: color

Just like with all other vBcode tags, you have to 'close' them. In this case you do that with

For gods sake, make the links different colors

Open your Forum's Control Panel, scroll the left frame all th eway down and click on 'Modify' under the 'Styles' header. Click on 'Fonts/Colors/etc' of the 'Default' style (unless you are using a custom style ofcourse). Scroll down to 'Page Layout' Header and edit the entry in the 'Body Tag'...
