Doppel Is A Physical Digital Miniature!

While researching this project I found this project which I thought I'd posted the link to but I hadn't. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/anyminis/the-anymini-an-electronic-miniature-for-tabletop/description

It's nice to see the legacy continue.

    D&D 5E Polymorph vs. Petrified

If this was me behind the screen, then I'd have the player character be subjected to a Stone To Flesh spell, as this would provide you with a consistent framework. It surprises me that WotC didn't update the creatures with a gaze weapon to reference the spell as you could cut down the extra...

    D&D 5E Polymorph vs. Petrified

You can't poison them as according to the status effect in the PHB The creature is immune to poison and disease,

    D&D 5E Polymorph vs. Petrified

What caused the Petrified condition to be applied to the PC?

    D&D 5E Polymorph vs. Petrified

I was going to suggest polymorphing one of the team into an elephant. That might fit your criteria.

I guess that's not your bailiwick :-) or perhaps it is since a refund has gone through :-)

    Anyone played Masks of Nyarlathotep?

The Masks of Nyarlathotep companion that was Kickstarterted has over 740 pages and when combined with the campaign book in general takes it to over 1,000 pages!

    Anyone played Masks of Nyarlathotep?

The 7E is a vast improvement not only in terms of layout but diversity as well. Some of the characters have been renamed to move away from a slightly racist angle. There are a couple of things that weren't fixed during the update process, one of the NPCS is still missing the name for his...

I don't know who that person is in that animated image. This is the Matt Berry I mean: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matt_Berry

Now an audiobook would be awesome as I could listen to it while travelling. I'm guessing your budget wouldn't stretch to Brian Blessed or Matt Berry to narrate it? :-)

    Anyone played Masks of Nyarlathotep?

For me it was about the same. If you also go for the luck rules then you can spend all your luck to cheat death, you have to have a minimum of 30 luck before you can use that ability.

    Anyone played Masks of Nyarlathotep?

My first play-through used the Pulp rules. While the characters have more hit points to play with and some potentially cool talents they are still subject to the loss of SAN through reading books or encountering the mythos. When it came to Kenya, the group had picked up a Chinese copy of a...

Will the book be available in ePub as well? Since my ereader can struggle with complicated documents.

    Anyone played Masks of Nyarlathotep?

Considering the original author of the campaign, I've always wanted to run it in the Babylon 5 universe.

    Anyone played Masks of Nyarlathotep?

I'm currently doing a second play through and it really is a good campaign. It's given me lots of hours of fun and entertainment . The 7e version expands upon the original campaign and it is very sandboxy with plenty of things for the players to do and you can easily drop additional scenarios...

What is/are your most recent TTRPG purchase(s)?

Terminator 2 was the last physical thing I had from the Kickstarter. My last digital purchase was the Kodt bundle from Bundle of holding.

TSR Example from the worst TSR adventure module(s) ever published

You must be thinking of Ringstone Round. Plenty of strange things going on there. There's even a nursery rhyme mentioning it. Huffity, puffity, Ringstone Round, If you lose your hat it will never be found, So pull your britches right up to your chin, And fasten your cloak with a bright new...

Doppel Is A Physical Digital Miniature!

Having a look at the project I think it's likely to be using an ESP32 microcontroller as I've seen a fake Nixie tube clock using one to control eight small IPS panels.
