I just went ahead and added an order from Buy. If it shows up within a week, then I'll cancel my Amazon order. If not, I cancel the Buy order. I figure no harm done either way.

Typically, I allow my players to summon within one alignment step. I also entertain them coming up with 'personalized' summons for creatures that aren't in the list that are comparable to the ones there.

Hell, I read it was basically the innards of the 3.5 PHB stuck in a fancy cover.

I use 32 for FR, and 28 for most other settings I've used. I generally don't like 25 point buy since it makes Paladins and Monks more difficult to make, but in some settings it's perfectly fine. I prefer 28 since it still forces players to make decisions and they charcters are still 'special'...

I tend to start my players at 2nd level, if only to increase their survivability ever so slightly. New players/characters can come into the game 3 levels lower than the average PC level of the party, but no lower than 2. I've been using the UA exp. rules, and we've been very pleased with them...

I quite like it. Increasing the saves on the music abilities is quite helpful sometimes. SF:Enchantment and Lingering Song are great choices as well.
