The last few years have been almost only black and white art, but recently I took some time out to work ona few paintings. This is one of those after another D&D DM's description.

Well, I do have art experience and I think it's very accomplished. I like the movement of it, like it captures a moment in time rather than a static pose. I also think that the sketchy style works really well, better than some finished pieces others produce. Three thumbs up.

I like your style and I'd love to see what a picture with more smoothed out pencils would look like. Maybe some of the energy from the more sketch style would be lost but I think it'd be something that might appeal more to art directors (if that's even a goal.)

What's with him? Dunno, every time I tried to talk to my model he was snarling and looking at me like I was gonna be his lunch. Or, Jay at Dilly Green gave me some specifics I had to follow like the bladelike tail and a humanoid face. Glad you like them.

I think it's still great but I have no need for any 3E conversion, I can still play 2nd ed.

There was also a difference between the US covers and the UK ones. The US ones had that uncluttered art while the UK ones had huge borders with text on them. So I guess us europeans are used to it.

Which old TSR ones? The Grenadier ones? The Games Workshop/Citadel ones? The Ral Partha ones? Cartoonish or not, the current ones follow in the foot steps of the books art direction imho. And in the list above, GW's minis look like they do nowadays while the Grenadier and Ral Partha ones look...

Try to select faster workers when selectiong traits for your civilization (the little crown icon on the top left corner), then put the maximum people on each resource (6). And just produce as many ppl as you can. Also, for computer games questions www.gamefaqs.com should be your first stop.

Addition: To clarify, I'm looking for the absolutely minimum of what must be included in a game: The d20 resolution (d20 + skill vs. difficulty level). The legalities yadda. Anything else? Or can you change monster setups, get rid of all the ability scores and so on?
