Ah, didn't notice the core only notice the first time. Still, staff mastery, High Int and Leather Armor do make for a very decent AC. With Shield & the Staff Mastery defense boost to increase your defenses you can stay near the front lines a long time. Shield being an Encounter and Expeditous...

Take Staff Mastery, Leather Armor Proficiency and the Staff Fighting feat from Dragon Magazine. Watch your AC soar and dive into the fray next to the group's defender. Pick as many clost blast and clost burst spells as you can (and Shield!)

Not so unbreakable, I think... Isn't there a Rogue Utility that takes away a mark? Something along the lines of "If you're marked, you end that condition" ? Edit: Yeah, Marked Escape, a Rogue Utility 2 power.

To get your summoned undead, consider reflavoring some of the Wizard daylies that can be sustained: Flaming Sphere? Reflavor it as a burning Skeleton, Bigby's Icy Grasp as a Frozen Zombie. You summon a Huge venomous Specter of some sort... which is actually a stinking cloud. And so on. Not...

Really nice. I'll be using this one from now on. One observation, though. There really should be a 7th and 8th line for the Weapons & Attacks section to accomodate Encounter/Dailies for High level characters.

I don't see why. The dragonbreath is pretty much wasted on a class that can create blastas and bursts at will and other more powerfull such effects with its dailies or per encounter abilities. The bloodied bonus and CON bonus to Healing Surges nice... but they're nice for every single class...

Implement mastery in Staff will grant an extra +1 to AC. So: +4 (Int) +2 (Armor) +1 (Class) to 17... same as Scale Mail. And the ability to increase the AC as an Interrupt once per encounter. Nifty, IMO and no need to waste a 13 in STR to get Hide armor.
