So the people wanting WotC to comment on the alpha leak should be satisfied now, as this is one of the feats people were spoiling in the L&L thread and it shows that they were simply using the alpha leak not the actual PHB. It is still an interesting feat however.

Initial kneejerk reaction? Proficiency with 4 skills is huge, arguably better then any other trait in the game.

I never claimed he was, I simply think it would be wise to take things with a grain of salt, especially as the stats for the dwarf work with both the 27 point buy array that the +1 to all human seems to imply and with the 30 point buy array that was in the final playtest document with the stats...

It actually hasn't been confirmed. We've had one person claim to have gotten confirmation from someone else who was in the private internal playtesting, it's very much a friend of a friend situation, so why don't we relax on calling things confirmed until a WotC official confirms or the actual...

Except Mountain Dwarves got the Wisdom boost in the playtest not Hill dwarves.

According to the last playtest documents the array was 16/14/13/12/10/8, which matches up with the hill dwarf getting +1 con and str.

So doing a little reverse engineering and checking with the playtest, Hill Dwarves get +1 Con and +1 Str. Taking away those bonuses gives the array of 16/14/13/12/10/8. Which means that Human's cannot get +1 to all stats because of the lack of a 17. Which means...they get +1 to 5? That seems odd

Well that would be true, except you've given Dwarves 7 stats not 6.

I do want the humans to be competitive, what I don't want is humans to be better statistically then all the other races. Give humans floating attribute points and extra proficiency with a skill or even a saving throw to show human's versatility and potential, they don't need to be just as agile...

Just looking at the stats and comparing them to the humans. Human: 16/15/14/13/11/9 Dwarf: 16/15/14/12/10/8, initial worries that the human was keeping +1 to all shows that this is not the case.
