Even if it were pheromones or being lucky, mechanically Attractive still seems to be doing what you want: its passive, it deals with persuading people when it comes down to seduction, its an intrinsic property of your character (a bonus) as opposed to you actively doing something to people...

Seems like an inelegant and complicated way to create Attractive as a power. It does the same thing - a Will penalty limited to only your Persuasion is pretty much a Persuasion bonus mechanically, right? Why not just take Enhanced Trait: Very Attractive and be done with it? Like Shayuri said...
