This is my concern as well. The books have not been released. If there were issues, there was still time to resolve those issues before sending the books to print. Like many, I would love to see WOTC's response, if there is one.

Agreed, this is just one side but believable. WOTC's reaction was very "knee jerk" when this all went down. I have a feeling this is just more fallout from how they handled the whole issue.
