Since 4e, I hate death saving throws, we re playing old school with negative hit points you loose 1 hit point per round in negatives unless you heal with a medicine check (that stop bleeding) or magical healing that goes up to 1 HP You die at a négative score that is CONSTITUTION score + LEVEL...

Perhaps but there's no fun in an automatic hit/miss and with 3 dices, you have multiple chances of fumble and critical, which are fun too !

It would be easy to take monsters from previous editions without spoiling futur backgroud book. There are plenty of them and I want them in 5e !

I need both of them, but first a MM2 One MM is only good for a year of games, a DM need to have choices... And after players need options to create different and various characters. But, in time, i need both of them whatever the form(book pdf, free supplement ...)

You're probably right BUT the quality of your sleep is NOT the same that's why an exhaustion rule is pretty good I think. and don't forget that modern armor have nothing in common with ancient armor in wich you can cut yourself turning over in your bed :p

I do the same but the DC is 10, 12 OR 14 ( light, medium or heavy armor) each fail gives an exhaustion level with a max of 4. Each night sleeping without armor level down one level exhaustion.

I like the" mouvement budget" idea and yes a quite simple one but with a clear list. So PC knows what he can do or not and at what cost.
