You can read the Gamma World wiki, it is totally legal if you want to read the lore. Of course there is also a Fallout wiki. Any suggestion? To start from zero with a "Eberron/magitek" version of Gamma World. If you want PCs with high-tech, then you should use Starfinder by Paizo.
