I'd really like to find an application or program that would help me figure out the total CR of various beasties in an encounter. For example, what is the CR of an encounter featuring 4 skeletons, 5 zombies, an evil 5th level cleric, and a small, yappy dog? A friend of mine said he found one...

I believe the closest thing to converted material would be athas.org , and wizards.com seems the logical place to look for a product list.

I like this idea, but if all you ask for is the same one page blurb WOTC asked for, it seems as though you're just going to get a blizzard of re-submitted ideas (after all, it's not like it's going to take anyone any real effort to resubmit what's already written) - and WOTC got 11 000 entries...
