For me I have no interest in the Welch book if it a compilation of small adventures. That is hard pass. Would much rather have a setting book than something like that. I hard passed on the other two.

The 3 subclasses are also growing on me quite a bit for Wildemount

That along with new spells give Wildemount almost as much character content as Eberron which just edges it out with a new class, 3 subclasses, the group Patreon, and Dragon Marks.

I think Wildemount has the amount of player options in- between Eberron which had slightly more with the new class and 3 subclasses and Ravnica with 2 sublasses. Wildemount has 3 subclasses.

I was happy to get a new setting book and had watched few episodes of the 2nd season. So when it was announced that it would be the Wildemount setting I was pretty happy with that.

I am happy with the release. Surprised and glad it is not a compilation of small adventures in the sword coast. I have no interest in that.

I am curious what the agreement is. It is an official setting. Stranger Things and Rick and Morty are not.

I am just little curious why this would be viewed as cross promotion. If streaming were a thing when Forgotten Realms was out I would almost bet adventures would have been streamed by someone. Also Ebberon which was a fan submission at the time. Point being that 2 of the most well known settings...

What makes me think it is a compilation book is the timing and who heads it up. We just had a campaign module drop. So it would be unlikely another campaign module would drop so soon. A setting book on the Realms could make sense, but I would doubt they would outsource major part of the realms...

Shadow run 6e is news despite some negative views on drivethru and dome streams. It still seems to be selling well. That is good news. Liked the system despite sun rough edges.
