Because of the restrictions of the OGL SRD, I don't think you'd be able to find a legitimate master index, as many of the monsters aren't included in the SRD and therefore can't be reprinted (or re-indexed) elsewhere. There will definitely be homemade indexes, as it would be an amazing resource...

Absolutely fair question. There's a wilderness area and town, with NPC encounters in areas of the town. The dungeon rooms are laid out as follows, with a mini-map on each spread. Takes up a bit more room but was one of the design goals I had in mind.
