    Grading the Rolemaster/Spacemaster System

Dark Space was a Monte Cooke design, I believe. It was great. I think when ICE collapsed the rights reverted to Monte. That’s why it’s not available in pdf.

D&D General what on gygax's grey oerth is rune priest?

There was a rune caster class in 2nd edition that was also a divine class. I think runes are considered divine while sigils and glyphs are arcane. It does seem arbitrary.

Disney to reboot X-Files (Disney owns an insane amount of Fantasy/Sci Fi IP)

I was looking back at the Dark Matter campaign awhile ago and felt the same way. The fun has been sucked out of conspiracy theories.

Titan Boardgame - David Trampier Artwork T-Shirts

There was a Java version floating around the web at one point. It was a lot quicker to play since you didn't have to move all that cardboard around.

Titan Boardgame - David Trampier Artwork T-Shirts

This is exactly right. It's better to play with a time limit or turn limit. Your cats will eventually come scatter the cardboard markers across the table anyway.

    Diablo IV

I gave up on immortal. Not enough to do after finishing the story. I haven’t even gone back to check out the blood knight. When they added the fishing mini game I was done.

    Diablo IV

I finished Season 1 as a necromancer. Getting to level 70 or so was great! Reaching level 100 was a grind and not fun. As soon as I completed the season I stopped playing and haven't looked at it since. I think they've tweaked the high level experience so I'm looking forward to season 2...

D&D 4E 4e Classics on sale from Goodman Games.

The Punjar modules were pretty good. Sword & sorcery flavor. All of Black Dirges books were great, they're not modules though.

Which of these six is the best H.P. Lovecraft story?

The Dreams in the Witch House is the creepiest one. Dunwich Horror and Shadow Over Innsmouth are also very good.

Level 25 rogue and level 7 barbarian. Lots of different areas to explore. Doing mostly different quests my second time through. That world boss is brutal. Don’t know if I’ll try that again tonight or not.

D&D 5E Casual player responses to DMs planning to avoid WotC 5e/1DnD rules

In my group only I and one player know anything about this and he just found out today. We'll talk to the group Monday and coincidentally wrap up our campaign. I will present different options to the group but my money is on starting a new 5th edition campaign.

D&D 5E Inspiration! How's It Working Out For You?

I like the concept of inspiration, but I always forget to give it out. Too many other things to keep track of.

D&D General D&D products that never were

During 3.0 Bruce Cordell was working on a city campaign that fully utilized the material from Savage Species and The Book of Vile Darkness. It was supposedly very mature content. WotC management killed it.
