Hmm... so how to go about preventing the PCs from being obliterated the second one of the crime lords or evil versions of the archmages et al. get wind of what they have? Maybe the item hides its own presence until certain conditions are met - i.e., the PCs have some flesh on their bones? Maybe...

I suppose my first question would be what level the PCs are. If the adventure in question would actually be their very first adventure ever, does that make them first level? If so, the item may well have to provide the PCs with some form of protection from the various elder dragons, archmages...

Yeah, you're seeing, but not looking. It's also a biological/mechanical thing. You use different parts of your brain when you're visually interacting with your environment. One of these fills in details "from memory" as it were - a bit like an AI works, come to think of it. Yeah. You get nicer...

I suppose checking for such things would be a fairly easy process. Just give the things some data on things NSFW and let them compare their products to that in some way. But, even though they would be rather specific, these "data" could well amount to a huge amount, perhaps making it unfeasible...

So true, especially the last sentence. I suppose the AIs will eventually improve no end, although that may be complicated seeing as how I understand how they work. Perhaps they should learn to run a "final check" of sorts on the images they produce?

OK, just spotted the roofs sort of continuing in the upper right corner. There's some wobbly lines, the steering wheel is on the right/wrong side of the car, but I'd have killed for something even close to it back then.

Hmm... To be fair, I've seen a LOT worse! :)
