Both the Devoted Paladin and Healing Hands feat allow a paladin to add his or her cha. mod. to the ammount healed when using Lay on Hands. Do these two feats stack?

Does resistance stack? For example, does the the Storm Scourge Paragon Path grants you lightning resistance of half your lvl + cha mod. While Storm Soverigh grants lightning resistance equal to 15+half your lvl.

Is there a way to give Eldritch blast a damage type such as cold or psychic? I know there is a paragon path that gives it lightning and I think another that gives it fire but these are not the types I want. Any insight here would be helpful, thank you!

I need help with a ruling. When a character is blind, they recieve a -2 to attack rolls, however to hit an invisible creature you get a -5. Wouldn't being blind effectively leave all others invisible? Some one please help clear these status changes up for me as it is driving my play group...
