Which of the eight region books published for the 3rd edition FR is your favorite? Multiple votes are enabled on this poll if you can't pick just one. :)

I'm split between Lost Empires of Faerun and Underdark. The former has lots of history nuggets, but the latter had plenty to apply to other campaigns in general.

Thoughts?

My favorite isn't on the list because it is 2nd AD&D. My favorite FR region source book is Old Empires

That supplement gave the region character beyond the Ancient Egypt image. Scott Bennie did a wonderful job and I highly recommend anyone interested in Mulhorand, Unther (of old) or Chessenta to pick this supplement up.

Unapprochable East. That's by far the one I like to come back to, and if I was to run another FR campaign, that's the region I'd use with Underdark and Lost Empires.

Mysteries of the Moonsea isn't really a regional book. It's a Campaign Arc book. It has only a few pages on each of the 4 cities and one paragraph on Thar. The rest is just mini-adventures. Practically almost no lore at all. And the information given was only so the mini-quests had something to be based upon.

Favorite was Silver Marches, just the way all the regional books should've been, but Underdark is a good 2nd.

My favorite FRCS sourcebook should come as no surprise.

Somehow I knew you'd have to say that pretty near the top of the thread. It's my favourite as well. Rashemen is just cool!

And that's before you even get as far as Thay. :D

Darn straight, wish they'd followed more to form there. A solid regional book for running campaigns with and my fav.

One of my favorite pieces of cover art and also my second choice would have to be UE.
