Adding an Efreeti to the SM creature list

Because efreeti are evil, resent being summoned, particularly summoned just to grant wishes, and will do everything in their power to screw you over with the wish in order to get back at you.
Efreeti wishes are dangerous. They fall right smack into "meddling with powers beyond your comprehension" territory. The payoff could be substantial, but the risk is staggering.

So in your planar binding spell you explain that you want them to grant you 3 wishes. That they cannot do anything directly or indirectly to bring about any type of harm (be it physical, mental, spiritual, etc.) to you (which would incidentally include harming those you care about) and that they are not allowed to come after you directly or indirectly after performing this service (so no planeshifting on their own and exacting vengenace or sending anyone else either). Moreover, you can even make it worth their while. You might pay them lots of money or something.
Heck, they have this ability and can't use it on themselves anyway. You might even offer to make the third wish for them so that they can benefit from it (so long as it doesn't violate any of the above tennets).
Sure the efreeti might be mad initially, but what have the really lost? A few minutes of time, all for a wish made in their name and possibly a butt load of money...
If I was a LE creature, I think I would jump at the chance.
