Posted 7/24 at 7:04pm: OK, so I am finally back home.
I'm not going to go into all the details, but in short: Thursday night after playing D&D at my friend John's house, I went to pick up Margie from her parents' house and basically collapsed. I got driven to the hospital, where I waited for 3.07 x 10^18 hours to be seen. And then they kept me there for like two days.
I'm back home now, and I'm on a strict bedrest order for at least 2 days. I'm going to try hard to finish the strip I was supposed to start Thursday, but only if I can do it from bed (I really am supposed to be there right now). Margie has threatened to take my laptop away if I don't rest, though, so don't expect any other work to get done any time soon.
Thanks for all the well-wishes, and sorry if I worried anyone unnecessarily. And yes, I am deliberately not telling you what it was that was wrong with me.Only that it doesn't seem to be life-threatening, so OOTS will continue for the foreseeable future.

Posted 7/25 at 2:57pm: OK, so, I fell asleep like 10 minutes after posting that last message, and just woke up. The strip won't be ready until late tonight, therefore, because I'm taking my time.
Thus, if everyone could stop hitting Refresh on the Comic page every 10 seconds, that would be keen. My bandwidth bill is going to rival my hospital bill! If only I could get Bandwidth Insurance...wait, if only I could get Medical Insurance...ummm....yeah.
