The holiday season is upon us, as is the end of the current year. What better time than to add nominations? See the parent thread: http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=158714.
NOTE: There weren't too many that piqued my interest from this specific calendar year, but here they are, and I'll add more if I find more.
My top picks for GameBoy Advance (2005):
- The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap: (available at: http://gameboy.ign.com/objects/499/499614.html).
- Pokemon Emerald: (available at: http://gameboy.ign.com/objects/692/692344.html).
- Donkey Kong Country 3: (available at: http://gameboy.ign.com/objects/714/714533.html).
- Mario Tennis: Power Tour: (available at: http://gameboy.ign.com/objects/674/674017.html).

I bought this game online almost as soon as it came out, and it is one of the only games that I would show up to class still playing. There is so much to do in the game, that I can't bring myself to finish it without beating it all. The story is somewhat unique in the Zelda world, and some of the dungeons are quite innovative. Truly a great game.
- Pokemon Emerald: (available at: http://gameboy.ign.com/objects/692/692344.html).
This game took all the innovations from the last few Pokemon games and revamped it even more. The evolution in the Pokemon (no... pun intended) games is evident here and hasn't peaked. Not by a long shot.
- Donkey Kong Country 3: (available at: http://gameboy.ign.com/objects/714/714533.html).
I was a fan of the original for SNES, and this one is no different in terms of fun. The few changes they've made only add to the fun.
- Mario Tennis: Power Tour: (available at: http://gameboy.ign.com/objects/674/674017.html).
Like the other games listed, this one hasn't left me bored at all while playing it. 'Nuff said.
