Two feats used for the prerequisites are here:

Project Blow [General]
You are able to stun an opponent with your chi from a distance.
Prerequisites: Wis 13+, Improved Unarmed Strike (or monk?s Unarmed Strike), Stunning Blow
Benefits: As a standard action you may make a ranged touch attack against a foe within five feet times your Wisdom modifier. If successful you inflict a point of force damage and your opponent must make a Fortitude saving throw against a stunning blow attack or be stunned for 1 round. This attack uses up one of the characters stun attacks for the day and is a supernatural ability.

Forceful Blow [General]
You are able to blast your opponents to the ground with your chi.
Prerequisites: Wis 15+, Improved Unarmed Strike (or monk?s Unarmed Strike), Stunning Blow, Power Attack, Project Blow
Benefits: As a standard action you may make a touch attack against a single foe within your reach. If successful you inflict 1d4 points of force damage and your opponent must make a Fortitude saving throw (DC 10 + damage dealt + Wisdom modifier) or be thrown back 1d4+1x5 feet and then make a Reflex saving throw (DC 10 + damage dealt + Wisdom modifier) or be knocked prone. This attack uses up one of the characters stun attacks for the day and is a supernatural ability.

And now for the reworkings of my PrC.

Weapons and Armor Proficiency: The Disciple of Force gains no weapon or armor proficiency. All of the Disciple of Force abilities can only be used when unarmored and any of the attack abilities are only useable when unarmed.

Skills: 4 + Int. Modifier, list as per monk.

Monk Abilities: The Disciple of Force gains the unarmored speed, unarmored AC and unarmed damage of a monk of their class level or if they had levels in monk previously stack disciple of force levels with monk levels. Disciples of Force receive 2 stun attacks per level per day in addition to any other stun attacks they receive.

Force Skill: The Disciple of Force adds their level to the DC to their stun attacks or any attacks that use a stun attack.

Force Mastery: The Disciple of Force has mastered the art of employing force in his unarmed attacks and may use Forceful Blow or Project Blow as a part of an attack action.

Force Drift: the Disciple of Force begins to manifest aspects of force energy in his physical being. Select one of the following from each level of force drift that the disciple attains. A character may choose a lower level force drift in place of a higher one.
  • Stage I:
    1. Your eyes glow a brilliant blue energy, shedding light like a candle. You can suppress this at will.
    2. Your? hair gains a silver-blue sheen which glints in any sort of light.
    3. Your skin emits a silver-blue glow at all times, shedding light like a candle. You can suppress this at will.
    4. Whenever you strike something with your body it creates a flash of sparks.
    5. You can exert minor forces from a distance. You can move small objects within ten feet as per the mage hand spell, you must concentrate to use this ability. When you use this ability you crackle with minor energy.
  • Stage II:
    1. You can exert forces from a distance. You can move objects (up to 25 lb.) within twenty feet as per the telekinesis spell but you can only use the sustaining force version, you must concentrate to use this ability. When you use this ability you crackle with energy.
    2. Your hair appears to be made of brilliant silver-blue force energy, it floats about distinctly mimicking your mood. You gain a +4 bonus to Intimidate checks.
    3. When you move you leave behind a slight trail of blue energy making it harder to discern exactly where you are. You gain a +1 dodge bonus to your Armor Class.
  • Stage III:
    1. You can exert dangerous force. You can hurl one object as per the violent thrust aspect of the telekinesis spell, your caster level is equal to your class level. It takes a standard action to hurl one object and when you do so you crackle with great energy.
    2. When you move you leave a trail of blue energy making you blurry and hard to hit. You gain a 10% miss chance.
    3. Whenever you strike something with your body it creates a flash of dangerous sparks. On an unarmed attack you inflict an additional 1d4 points of force damage. This is not multiplied by critical hits.

Grasping the Fire: The Disciple of Force has tapped into the force energies and his unarmed attacks are delivered a moment before he even touches his target. His unarmed attacks no longer inflict normal damage but instead inflict force damage. This is a supernatural ability.

Shearing the Air: The Disciple of Force is now able to extend his unarmed attacks with waves of force energy. He gains an additional five feet of reach with his unarmed attacks and threatens the according area. This also negates potential defensive mechanisms that function against normal unarmed attacks, for example he may now strike a fire elemental without fear of taking fire damage. This is a supernatural ability.

Being of Force: The Disciple of Force has finally reached the ultimate stage of force mastery and his body transforms into pure force energy. He is hereafter considered a construct with the [Force] subtype. He need not eat, drink or breath to survive, subsisting wholly upon the energy of the world.
