MS Publisher Template for Fiery Dragon's Counter Collection Digital

I put together some templates in MS Publisher for creating counters using the JPG files on Fiery Dragon's Counter Collection Digital and I thought I'd share. All creature sizes from Tiny to Colossal are in there. All you have to do is insert the images from the CD-ROM, resize them to fit in the appropriate counter space, and print them out.

Enjoy :)

You rock! :)

I don't have MS Publisher, but the fact that you are willing to share is definitely cool. It should make the counters easier for some people to print out and that is a good thing.

Couple of tips for using this file:

1. Make sure Snap to Objects option is checked (Tools menu -> Snap to Objects) for easier image placement within the counter square. Checking the Snap to Ruler Marks and Snap to Guides options doesn't hurt either.

2. After you insert the image you want to use from the CD-ROM (Insert menu -> Picture -> From File...), resize the image to fit the counter (for example 1" x 1" for a Medium-sized creature) by selecting the image and going to the Format menu -> Size and Position, and set the height and width in the Size and Position dialog box.

3. Since the image is added after the grid was added, it sits on top of the black grid counter, obstructing it from view. To fix this, select the image, go to the Arrange menu -> Send to Back to put the black lines of the counter grids on top of the image (or alternately select the black line counter grid and go to Arrange menu -> Send to Front).
