Am I nuts or could this possibly be one of the most powerful builds I've ever seen?

Adventurer
I'm putting together a character for this weekend. It's a gladiatoral one-shot, so pure crunch is involved. Using a template from the WotC site and a PrC from Complete Adventurer, well...

10th level Human character
Druid 1/Master of Many Forms 8 (from Complete Adventurer) LA: +1
Mulhorandi Divine Agent of Hathor (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mb/20050209a)

Abilities:
(From Mulhorandi Divine Agent)
Fast Wild Shape into its chosen animal form as an 11th level druid. (This gives the Wild Shape pre-req for Master of Many Forms)

(From Master of Many Forms)
Extra Wild Shape 8x/day
Can Speak in any form
Gains all Extraordinary abilities from the chosen form
Can shape into Humanoid, Giant, Large, Monstrous Humanoid, Fey, Tiny, Vermin, Aberration, Plant, Huge, Ooze, Diminuitive

Feats:
Alertness (1st)
Endurance (1st Human Bonus)
Assume Supernatural Ability (Savage Species) - Can use 1 SU ability of the chosen shape with penalties (3rd)
Improved Supernatural Ability (Savage Species) - Negates penalties (6th)

I mean, with this, I could literally be a Arcane Ooze from Monster Manual 3. If you haven't checked it out, you should. Plus there are other really powerful creatures you can change in to. Just really superpowered, IMHO.

Um... maybe I missed something. I thought you have to be able to Wild Shape to be a Master of Many Forms (or at least have some form of shapechanging ability). I don't know about you, but a 1st-level Druid has no shapechange ability. In fact, no PrC should allow a 1st-level character to qualify for it.

Edit: It appears I did miss something. However, a +1 level adjustment that lets you Wild Shape as an 11th-level Druid just screams "broken" in my ears...

Well, he's limited to bison form, isn't he? Not that that makes it exactly weak, mind. :p

Hm. In any case, it's not full wild shape capability. I'm not sure wild shape into just one animal should be enough to fulfill the MoMF prereq. YMMV.

I thought about that, but it really doesn't specify exactly what you have to Wild Shape into; just that you need to be able to do it.

Yeah, like I said - YMMV. :) Me, as mentioned above, I'm not sure - i.e., I haven't made up my mind yet.

Hm. There's a lot of precedence that racial (and similar) abilities apparently enabling you to take prestige classes way before classes would are generally too good to be true. It's one of the things WotC seems to have been rather consistent on.
Doesn't mean it's necessarily the right thing for your campaign, though. I'm more brainstorming than trying to argue.
If your DM and your conscience don't kill you over it, go for it and have fun. :)

It's a one shot "try to build the crunchiest character for combat" session. I think I'll use it but I would NEVER allow this in my campaign or try to play one. :)

Isn't there an Oriental Adventure's race that lets you wildshape into an animal form as well? I think it might be LA +1 but it might have no LA at all...

Hengeyokai are LA +1 and can change form but their ability is called Alternate Form not Wild Shape.
