This being is vaguely human featured, though with a gaunt, elongegated body with long, spidery arms and legs, each a good ten feet in length. The legs are in fact merely a second pair of arms, though a bit thicker, and all four limbs end in huge, bone-thin hands. The six fingers on each hand are a couple feet in length apiece, with flat pads on each. They normally move about on all fours, their hands and feet-hands spreading their weight across the snow and keeping them from sinking within.
Their skin is thick and leathery like a callous, and of a dark brownish-red color, and they wear simple leather armor wrapped in tight furs. Their own hair is fur-like, and grows like a mane down their neck and upper back, and is of a dark silvery color. The eyes are somewhat bulbous and never blink, apparently possessing a thickened outter lens to guard against snow and wind.
T'gelli lands are a dangerous place to approach, for instead of hunting, they have a vast area of traps, mostly in the ways of deadfalls, that catch any prey coming to drink from the chill waters the T'gelli live around. They are masters of the making of such traps, and rarely is one caught by his own work. To supplement their main diet of trapped prey they eat a large ammount of roots that grow within their swampish areas.
They live in enormous communal longhouses composes of large packed dirt and bricks which are heated till hard and then dipped briefly in water and stacked, freezing the bricks together as well as any cement. The doorways always lead down, for the long-houses are generally a good ten feet underground, the soil excavated used to form the bricks, and the roof quite a ways above ground. There are many chimneys pouring forth smoke from warming fires of wood and dung.
Combat:
T'gelli are not overly agressive, though they are noted warriors with incredible reach and speed, especially over the snow. Their guards and look-outs tend to lie flat on the snow, peering under the wind when possible and generally remaining unseen. If anything threatens they will attempt to drive it off with their quivers of javelins. If this proves unsuccessful they will raise up and run headlong at their adversary, using their Ritiiks with deadly grace and strength.
Psionics:
At will/Catfall
3/day Burst, Know Direction and Location, Skate
Surefooted (Ex):
T'gelli ignore all movement penalties associated with snow on the ground. They also recieve a +8 racial bonus on Balance checks when walking on ice or snow.
Skills:
A T'gelli has a +4 racial bonus on climb, listen and spot checks, and a +8 on climb and craft checks. A T'gelli can take 10 on climb checks at any time, even if rushed or threatened.
