Master of the Flesh - Necromancer PrC

Requirements - Alignment: Any non-good, Spellcraft 14, necromancy specialization.

Class skills - As mage, Bonus Knowledge (anatomy)
BAB - As mage
HP - d4+1
Save - as mage

Class abilities -

level 1 - Undead Graft I, Harvest
level 2 - Vile Graft I
level 3 -
level 4 - Undead Graft II
level 5 - Vile Graft II
level 6 -
level 7 - Vile Graft III

Harvest - You can harvest the flesh and limbs of the recently dead for use in grafting. You must make a knowledge skill check (anatomy) in order to harvest a body part successfully. The DC is dependent upon the type of part being harvested (eg. if the corpse is of the same race as the harvester then the DC is lower than if the corpse is of a different race or non humanoid). Failure indicates the limb has been too damaged to be of any use. The corpse to be used cannot have been dead for more than 1 hour before being prepared for harvesting. Preparation takes 15 minutes per limb and requires 5 gp worth of materials (special oils and preservative herbs). Prepared limbs can be used up to 3 hours after preparation is complete.

Undead Graft I - You are able to graft the limbs of the dead onto an undead minion. You may graft a maximum of 1 extra limb onto an undead minion and you may graft a maximum of 4 limbs/day per class level. Grafting limbs takes 5 minutes each.

Vile Graft I (Su)- You are able to graft the flesh of the recently dead to your own body. Grafting a single limb to your body takes 15 minutes. The process involves you (or someone else) holding the "raw end" of the limb against your bare flesh. The limb then slowly melds with your flesh. You are able to control the limb as if it were your own. Only one limb can be grafted at a time. The grafted limb lasts only 1 hour/class level and is then expelled from the body and is then useless. Though not evil, grafted limbs are considered distasteful by most cultures and the recipient of the graft suffers a -15 to all social skill checks (except intimidation) while the graft is in place (and visible).

Undead Graft II - You may now graft up to 2 extra limbs to an undead minion and you may graft a maximum of 6 limbs/day per class level. Grafting limbs takes 5 minutes each. In the case of wings, the target gains the ability to fly (30' clumsy).

Vile Graft II (Su) - You are now able to graft the flesh of the recently dead to others as well as yourself. The person receiving the graft must be a willing participant, otherwise the process fails. Grafting to another person follows the same rules as Vile Graft I. When grafting a limb to your self the limb now lasts 2 hours/ level. A maximum of 2 limbs may be grafted at a time. In the case of wings, you gain the ability to fly (30' clumsy).

Vile Graft III (Su) - You may now graft a maximum of 3 limbs to your own body or 2 limbs to someone else. Each graft last 1d3+2 hours/level for yourself or 2hours/level for the other person. You may also graft limbs onto unwilling creatures. The target of the graft is granted a Fortitude save to reject the graft. If the save is successful no other graft may be attempted on that target for 24 hours. If it fails they must immediately make a Wisdom save or lose 1d4 temporary wisdom points due to shock. Grafting a limb to an unwilling creature is considered an evil act.

I haven't come up with anything for levels 3 and 6 yet... suggestions are welcome. As well, any feedback at all is appreciated....

May I suggest dropping knowledge: anatomy and replacing it with heal so that you're using an existing skill. Also, if k:a is so important, why isn't it a prerequisite (although, again, I think you should use heal)?

What's the purpose/benefit/advantage of the grafted limbs?

HD d4+1 should just be d6 (same avg value).
Does this class continue to gain spells?

If yes, at what rate
If no, HD and base attack are not high enough
