This guy is a potential big-bad for my Planescape party. How does he look? Is the CR appropriate?

This foul, hulking creature is a grotesque mass of corpulent tumor-like flesh. It waddles clumsily on two stumpy legs, and eight small wings splay from its back and side. Although its small arms are tipped with sharp claws, its primary weapon seems to be its hideously distended mouth, a wide dislocated jaw attached to a nearly human head. Its skin is bluish with sickness.
G’riou is a mutant, a freak even among the tanar’ri. As such, he hates his appearance and seeks to transcend the body fate has given him.
G’riou was, at one point, a normal rutterkin, hated by all tanar’ri and hating them in turn. Many millennia ago, G’riou was exposed to foul chaotic energies, which bloated his body and gave him great physical power. He began a campaign of destruction, attempting to steal one of Grazz’t’s layers from him. Grazz’t’s forces soundly defeated the Shambling Monstrosity, but Grazz’t spared him, enslaving him and making him the Demon Prince’s court jester. In this position, G’riou has a fair amount of freedom and is often found away from court, but he despises his master and seeks to be rid of him. He also despises his body, and spends his time trying to find a way to ascend to a “true” tanar’ri form.
G’riou is about 15 feet tall and nearly as wide. He weighs ten tons. He speaks Abyssal, Draconic and Celestial.
Combat
Despite his unnatural strength, G’riou would rather avoid combat with worthy adversaries, preferring to pick fights with creatures greatly weaker than he is. When fighting, he opens with his breath weapon, and then tries to tear opponents apart in his jaws.
Augmented Critical (Ex): G’riou’s jaws are immensely strong, and his teeth as sharp as razors. He threatens a critical hit on a roll of 19-20 (doubled, thanks to his Improved Critical feat), and deals triple damage on a successful critical hit.
Breath Weapon (Su): G’riou’s breath weapon is a foul line of digestive acids infused with negative energy that affects a 60 foot line. All creatures within the line must make a Reflex save (DC 25 half) or take 7d6 acid damage and 7d6 negative energy damage. In addition, any creature that takes damage from G’riou’s breath weapon must make a Fortitude save (DC 25) or be sickened for 1d6 rounds. G’riou can use his breath weapon three times per day, but only once every 1d4+1 rounds. The save DC is Constitution based.
Poison (Ex): G’riou’s jaws drip with Abyssal venom that causes tremors and immense pain in its victims. Fortitude save DC 25, initial damage 1d6 Dex, secondary damage 1d6 Dex plus 1d6 Str. The save DC is Constitution based.
Spell-like Abilities: At will – darkness, greater teleport (self plus 50 lbs of gear only), stinking cloud (DC 17); 3/day- enervation, fear (DC 18), unholy blight (DC 18); 1/day- unholy aura (DC 22). Caster level 12th. The save DC is Charisma based.
Summon Tanar’ri (Sp): Once per day, G’riou can summon 1d8 rutterkin with an 80% chance of success or 1 hezrou with a 40% chance of success. This is the equivalent of a 5th level spell.
Withstand Blows (Ex): G’riou’s immense corpulence protects him from blunt trauma. All bludgeoning damage taken by G’riou is considered non-lethal damage.
Skills: G’riou’s corpulence is lighter than water, forcing him to float. He gains a +4 bonus on all Swim checks.
