Salutations!

This is one of the first creatures I've put together for myself and I thought I'd see what the experts think:

Almost twice the height of a normal human, this automaton is constructed from a grey metal that shines with a dull luster. Most of its chiselled features have been worn away, giving it a scuffed and weathered look.

This golem has a humanoid body made from lead.
A lead golem is 10 feet tall and weighs approximately 45,000 pounds. A newly created lead golem can be fashioned to have whatever appearance its creator desires. Due to the soft nature of lead however, time and exposure wears the fine detail away. For this reason, many creators do not bother crafting anything more than a rough humanoid shape.

Combat

Lead golems are straight forward combatants, crushing opponents beneath their immensely heavy fists.
Extreme Density (Ex): Due to the heavy composition of lead, a lead golem functions in many ways as if they were one size category larger. Whenever a lead golem is subject to a size modifier or special size modifier for an opposed check (such as during grapple checks, bullrush attempts, and trip attempts), the lead golem is treated as one size larger if it is advantageous to it to do so. A lead golem is also considered to be one size larger when determining whether a creature’s special attacks based on size (such as improved grab or swallow whole) can affect it. A lead golem can use weapons designed for a creature one size larger without penalty (but rarely do so, relying on their natural slam attack). However, its space and reach remain those of a creature its actual size.
Poison (Ex): Injury, Fortitude DC: 18, initial damage 1d4 Wis, secondary damage 1d6 Con. The DC for this poison is fixed. It is not calculated using the lead golem’s hit dice or any of its ability scores. Instead, each time a character is directly exposed to lead (such as a lead golem’s slam attack), she takes a cumulative -1 penalty on all Fortitude saves against future lead poisonings (including those from other sources of lead, such as another lead golem). This penalty lessens at the rate of 1 per day and can be removed completely with a restoration, greater restoration, or heal spell. The penalty can also be removed in accordance with long term care as described in the Heal skill (see pg 76 of the PHB).
Immunity to Magic (Ex): A lead golem is immune to any spell or spell-like ability that allows spell resistance. In addition, certain spells and effects function differently against the creature as noted below.
A magical attack that deals force damage slows a lead golem (as the slow spell) for 2d6 rounds, with no saving throw.
A lead golem is immune to all spells and spell-like effects of the Divination school, whether it normally allows spell resistance or not.

Construction
A lead golem’s body is sculpted from 50,000 pounds of pure lead. Despite the incredible weight, the volume of such a quantity is a 12 ft. by 12 ft. cube. This, plus the necessary chemicals and rare ingredients (that are added during the smelting), cost 8,000 gp. Assembling the body requires a DC: 14 Craft (Sculpting) check (the DC could be higher, depending on the level of detail desired by the creator).
CL: 15th; Craft Construct (see page 303 of the 3.5 Monster Manual), animate objects, poison, geas/quest, limited wish, caster must be at least 15th level:
Price: 110,000 gp; Cost: 63,000 gp + 4080 XP.

Note: Each day spent crafting the lead golem, a character has a 5% chance of accidentally exposing herself to the lead toxins, requiring a Fortitude save to avoid the listed effects of lead poisoning with the following exception: the penalty to Fortitude saves against future exposure to lead cannot be non-magically removed as long as the character continues to work consecutively on the golem. A character with the poison use special ability does not incur the 5% chance to accidentally poison herself.

There it is! I suppose my biggest concern is that I've messed up a calculation somewhere and if that is the case please let me know. Other than that, any feedback you have is most appriciated, especially if its constructive (but especially if its praise!).

Thanks.

Due to the soft nature of lead however, time and exposure wears the fine detail away. For this reason, many creators do not bother crafting anything more than a rough humanoid shape.

The wearing away of personal detail for the golem plus the historic role lead salts have played in make me wonder if the Golem doesn't have an increased chance of insanity....

Because of their density lead golems have an intrinsic anti magic affect once created. They are sometimes employed as gaurds and sentinals. (Insert some sort of magic resistance here)

As lead golems loose their personal features and are exposed to high magic they increase their chance of uncontrollable insanity.

Made a minor change.

Sigurd: Thanks for your ideas, I kept the chance to beserk out because that seems like a problem common to the lower CR golems (like flesh and clay) and I wanted this one to be somewhere between a stone golem and an iron golem. However, your anti-magic comments reminded me how lead often plays the part of a shield so I added that the golem is immune to all divination spells, so thank-you.

A crazy fool: What has too many rules? my golem? I thought golems were rather straight forward creatures. I'm sorry I beat you to the punch, but I would love to hear the ideas you came up with for a lead golem. I can only hope my alienation will pass with time.

now now now... just because someone came up with a similar idea to one you had doesn't mean your idea is any less relevant. :)

bludgeuning damage would not deliver lead poisoning effectively do a radius thing. Also lead disapears from the bloodstream within a week, i have spent enough time on a target shooting range to have a good idea of lead safety concerns. really I was talking poison rules with respect to being too complicated.
