Reaper Minis Scale
They tend to call both their Dark Heaven Legends and Warlord lines "heroic 25mm scale". In practice, they're something like 28mm to 30mm (with Warlords tending to be taller than Dark Heaven)...and seem to have been gradually getting taller as the years have gone on.
(That said, mini scales are an inexact science, at best...but most Reaper minis are noticeably taller than the old Ral Parthas and Grenadiers from a decade or two ago.)

They're approximately Games Workshop-sized. They're also of really nice quality. I recommend Sandra Garrity's work especially.

Warlord does seem a tad larger than Dark Heaven.

The only time I notice the largish scale issues is with halflings or any 'short' folk. They are just a little too big.
