Should/could there be an IronPC tournament?

In the new IronDM thread, nonamazing asked if there was an IronPC contest? I did a quick search and found that, a few years ago, someone had mentioned starting an IronNPC contest, but it never took off.

So could there be, should there be, an IronPC contest? Some quick thoughts I had were:

How would you do that? Get a list of ingredients to make the most interesting/playable character? That would be neat. You could give:

1 skill they must have ranks in
1 feat
1 character flaw
1 character trait
1 ingredient to include in a history
1 character goal

Something like that. Then folks come up with a highly interesting, completely playable character using only information from the core books.

I think it would be quite entertaining. :D

In the same vein as 'Ceramic DM', I think it should be 'Carbon Fiber PC' or perhaps 'Adamantine PC' to go with the whole D&D flavor thing...

Good idea, however. I'm not sure I'd be able to accomplish much in the competition, but I'd certainly like to watch.

I could use some practice creating PC/NPC 's, I'd participate.

Notes for fleshing out the contest:

I think you'd have to consider the level of the PC as well, possibly for the rounds of competition. Round 1 1st level characters, Round 2 5th level, Round 3 20th level

This would also require in my mind, a modification of the ingredients needed for each round.

I suggest Teflon PC/NPC, as a name, if this is for PC's or NPC's.

Perhaps borrow a page from Ceramic DM and include a picture, preferably something with lots of little details?

Anyways, I like the idea, but I wouldn't do it anytime soon. I'm helping out with the current Ceramic DM, so I'm a bit busy, but if it became a seasonal event, I might end up trying something for, say, a fall competition.
