I have made a minor god my campiagn for the PC's to fight :]

“Cat lord” (Noncharca [minor god]) evil outsider (extraplanar)

Attack: claw +15 Melee (2d4+8) Unholy sickle blades +14 Melee (2d8/2d8 +8)
Full attack: 2 claws, Bite +7 melee (2d6+8)


Space/Reach: 10ft/10ft

Special Qualities: Darkvision, Blindsight 60ft, Damage reduction/15 good, Damage reduction/ 5 magic, Shapechange
Saves: Fort: +6, Ref: +15, Will +12

An Innocent looking black cat walks towards you. But as reach down to stroke it, it suddenly you see in its space large panther like creature on two paws and holding a wicked looking quarter staff with scythes on each end as they swing toward your head.



Shapechange (su): Noncharca can shapechange at will as if by the polymorph spell but only to and from the form of a cat as a free action. In cat form Noncharca retains his spell-like abilities and HP but loses his ability to use his sickle blades which are transported into an extraplanar space and can be called back to him in his true form as a move equivalent action.



Spell-like Abilities: At will--detect good, detect law, detect magic, death watch

Three times per day--fireball, vampiric touch, lightning bolt, plane shift*, haste, aura of fear

Once per day--death touch, meteor swarm, summon monster VIII

*same as spell but takes 4 rounds to activate and cannot be used to shift to a lawful or good aligned plane.

Aren't outsiders d10? Only a +15 BaB for a 90 HD monster??? Saves also look seriously low. CR 14??? Sorry but this needs work. :)
 

well, this is the right place for help. ;)

outsiders have d8 Hit Dice actually.

a 90-HD outsider would have +90 BAB. it would hardly ever miss anything, unless it rolls a 1. :)
