This is great news! I was hoping something like this would come along after hearing about Blue Rose's system (although I do still intend to pick up Blue Rose when I can ante up enough scratch).
Thanks Green Ronin, you guys are always making great stuff ("Leading the Way" and all, I guess).
Can't wait for this same announcement, but substituting "Dragon Fist" for "True20".

Is there anything in True20 that isn't in Blue Rose? Or is it just the BR system stripped of the setting?

That's awesome. I was considering buying Blue Rose just for the rules, but felt I wouldn't use the setting info. Thanks a bunch! I'll buy the pdf.

To answer a few questions:

1. True20 is largely fantasy, but there is a modern appendix that provides some additional rules for using it that way.

2. There are Blue Rose demos running at GenCon, which are of course True20, but no other True20 adaptations.

3. Most of it is OGC.

We'll have more to say about True20 next week, including some details about how we're approaching the print edition.

Are there any plans to do more indepth modern settings? Or at least rules for us to do so ourselves? [Puts on Karnak Hat] I'm guessing more info next week. [/Puts on Karnak Hat]
