Time:
The doors will open at 9am. The first slot of games will run from 10 am to 2 pm. We will then take a break for lunch. Then second slot will run from 3 pm to 7 pm. After we'll just see how things go. Usually we have a pick up game of munchkin or something.

For lunch I will pick up a pizza or two and put out a money cup. Donations are not required but are appreciated.

Just curious, same time slots as last gameday?

The official games should run in the same time slots. Usually we have card games going before and after.

Last time we had Pimp the Back handing in the morning(which is really wrong at 9 am) and Chrononuts/Munchkin after our last slot. So its usually an all day affair.

I know that doesn't always work out of you are working on a Saturday but it's hard to schedule everyone together.

But I don't want to say I'm not open to suggestions. If you have an idea that might work better feel free to suggest it. People have been quiet about organizational things. I hope that means it's fine and they don't think that's the only way I'll do it.

I have to check, but I think that's the one weekend in Spetember I'm scheduled to work.

I have enough lead time that i might be able to make it this time. I'll post the gameday (and link) on my CNYGamers mailing list and on the Storytellers Guild (oswego area) list to see if a i can scare up some action for you. Will you have time slots (those claimed and those open) up on the Gameday page soon. That'll help people who visit the page.

I was hoping to get things running this time sooner. I know a few people would like a earlier heads up.

I'm going to update the home page tonight but I won't have slots until I get one or two more games. So far it's just my Modern game.

Well, i sent out the word. We'll see it garners any support for ya! You should maybe put some sort of contact email address or something on the Gameday homepage, for anyone who might want to sign up. The only link on it right now is to Zombie Planet and their event calendar is out of date.

I need more things to put up on the website first. No games to sign up for yet.

What if someone on the lists i sent the email out to wants to volunteer to run a game? If your email was up on the site, they could contact you direct.
