Wow! I found this book to be worth the $45 just for the pleasure of reading it (haven't used any of the monsters yet, but then again, I'm only just DMing a game for the first time in years). It's a beautiful book with cool adversaries. This is a steal at $15.

According to Warehouse 23's FAQ (http://www.warehouse23.com/info/faq.html#shipping2): "UPS shipping cost calculations require both the complete order and the shipping destination, so we cannot provide an estimation of them. However, we have recently upgraded our shopping cart to require only the shipping address before presenting the menu of shipping options. For U.S. orders, we do offer two fixed-rate postal options: for order over .5 pounds, US Postal shipping is always $8.70, but we cannot guarantee which method (Priority, First Class, Media Mail, etc.) will be used; for orders of .5 pounds or less, First Class Postage is $3.00."

The Bestiary weighs something like 4 pounds, if memory serves; UPS shipping may be cheaper than USPS for many destinations.
