We're doing designated seating at tables at the front of the Hall for nominated publishers, and I need to generate some sort of seating plan next week.
If you are planning on attending the ENnie Awards ceremony Friday, August 19th (9pm-10:30pm-ish), let me know. If you would like to share your table with a fan as part of our fund raising efforts, let me know. If you are definitely not going to be able to make it, let me know, especially if you wouldn't mind letting a fan impersonate/represent you.
I sent out a big mailing to publishers last week, and am still awaiting over 20 responses. It's easy: just email me (denise at ambient dot ca) with your RSVP!
Also, don't forget to contact Michael Morris with your images for the ceremony's Power Point presentation. It's your responsisbility to provide him with the correct images.
