Last Minute! - Anyone need a room?

Originally there were 4 of us. Made the reservation at the Courtyard by Mariott for Wednesday-Monday. Long story short: We got one person to replace the first guy for 3 of the 5 days which isn't so bad. The really bad part is that the 3rd guy just called me and his sister is having surgery which means he's out. That's leaves us with 2.5 people. Ugh!

So, if anyone is looking for a place to stay, or even 2 people at the Con let me know. PM me or email: mglickman [at] snet [dot] net. 2 of us are in our mid-late 20s and are pretty clean. The other guy who is only staying with us for 3 days is in his 40s (I know him from another site).

My friend and I REALLY don't want to foot the huge room bill between the 2 of us. We would even be willing to room with someone else and cancel our reservation (which would still cost us but that's ok) to go in on a different rooming situation.

We are leaving here around 9am tomorrow morning so if you are interested or have any leads/suggestions please let me know.

Well, I almost did it but just could not make it, other commits later this year.

When you get to the hotel you could ask to down size your room.

Yeah, we're here now and I asked about that but they are booked solid, which is not surprising as they are very close to the Convention Center. Bummer.

As it sits right now, I regret not going, I came very close to juming in the car this morning and making the drive. Only 10 to 12 hours for me. I think this GENCON is going to be one for the record books and it is brothering me not being there!

Hmm, you could always get in late. I couldn't do that drive, it would take too long.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow, myself. Our luggage still hasn't arrived yet. *pouts*

Hi, John! Luke (Spider) and I have got a room for Friday and Saturday night, but we were planning on getting a room outside of Indianapolis for Thursday night. If you'd be up for having the two of us in your room for Thursday night, we'd be happy to join you then.
