This Weekend at the Box Office - 09.06.2005

Transporter 2 speeds its way to the number one spot, Dukes is out of the top ten. Sound of Thunder based on the Ray Bradbury short story, where the phase butterfly effect was coined, bomded only taking 1.15 million, I have heard this movie was bad, real bad, but was surprised by the lack of ads for it.

I seem to compare movies to the last movie I went, so here is my ranking of the movies I have seen so far THIS YEAR. This is personal taste and this list will change as movies come out.

Side note: Wedding Crashers has become the number one comdey of the year passing Hitch and looks like it may hit the 200 million mark (domestic) overtaking Batman Begins.

And March of the Penguins stays in there. Wonder if it's because it's a family movie or ?
