Some goblin NPCs I whipped up for a campaign. Again, nothing special.

Goblin Scout (1st-Level Expert)
Hit Dice: 1d6 (3 hp)
Initiative: +3 (Dex)
Speed: 30 feet (6 squares)
Armor Class: 16 (+3 Dex, +2 leather armor, +1 size)
Base Attack/Grapple: +0/-4
Attack: Shortbow +4 ranged (1d4 / x3 / range 60 ft.); or spear +1 melee (1d6 / x3).
Space/Reach: 5 ft./5 ft.
Special Attacks: --
Special Qualities: Darkvision 60 ft., Telepathy 20 feet (other goblinoids only).
