Spoony *and* Twin Rose - Board Status as of May 29th?

These old threads that are getting bumped with, sometimes, conflicting information and speculation of how things work or will work are a bit confusing.

Can we get an update from each of you two, Spoony *and* Twin Rose, with the actual case information so that we can know what is happening and judge best how to proceed with our posting (including the care and maintainence of Story Hours, Interactive Games, etc.)?

To that end is the question of if old threads are being recovered (If so, how has that been going? Percentage of recovery so far?) and if the return of old threads means that anything new since the crash will be wiped because of conflicting thread and post numbering?

How about the review and store sections?

Those are old news and somewhat mixed with speculation that has neither been confirmed or denied by the two folks behind the scenes who know what is fact and what is not. I was hoping for a post weekend update that would put the questions I asked to bed.

At this time I have yet to set up a machine to attempt the restore from binary logs. Again, I've never done this before and there is a very good chance that it will not work.

This weekend I'll restore the reviews db and install the cron jobs necessary to prevent this problem in the future.
